Hey y'all!
I can hardly believe that I will be leaving in just a few days! I do not know if I will have much internet access this summer but when I am able to get on I will plan to include any updates here. I am new to blogging so we'll see how it goes!
Right now I am finishing up at school for the semester. I have 4 more exams and a practical before the 4th!
Thank you for your prayers!

Jennie, Sorry that we missed you this trip. As it turned out, we didn't get together with our friends from CA after all. We are soooo excited for you and will be praying for you as you go. That the Lord would do exceedingly abundantly more than you could ask or imagine. We are headed to Italy for a quick vacation this Thursday through May 10th. celebrating my 60th over there. Please be praying for our safety too. Also, please pray for Daniel. He is without a job, without a car, but living by faith. desperately needs for the Lord to provide a job and car. we will be checking on your blog and keeping up with you as the Lord leads you out. What amazing things He has in store!! Love, Miss Peg
ReplyDeleteTravel safely dear JJ. I love you with all my heart and will pray everyday for your safety, and for you to be healthy and whole.
ReplyDeleteKayci and I have been in touch through email. She is Spencer's fiance, who is also in Africa with the team. Kayci spoke with Spencer today. He told her that Jennie is doing great. They are staying in a hotel about 1/2 hour from the village where they have been seeing about 250 people a day! Monday or Tuesday they travel to the next destination.
ReplyDeleteI am so thankful to have made contact with Kayci. She is so kind to take the time to ask Spencer about my JJ. Jennie would never say it, but I can (Mom's can do stuff like this)...ever since she was born, I knew God had a special plan for her. Thank you for prayers for her and for the whole team.

BTW you can go to the deepest corners of the Earth... "But I will find you. Do you know why? Because you're my little bunny!"
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful Sunday morning here in Bluffton, and, as the world is awakening,I am enjoying some quiet time in prayer for you and the group with whom you are traveling. Love you bunches
ReplyDeleteI received your letter in the mail today. I also received an email from Dr. Sasser! He is leaving again June 6th for Africa. It is great how wonderful these folks are to keep a Mom in the loop!
ReplyDeleteLove you.
